You can return or exchange the product within 3 days of receiving the order, for all products displayed on the website.

Except for the National Day offer (2 + 1 free)

However, we regret that we cannot accept returns if the product is:

• More than 3 days have passed since the date of receipt.
• When using the product, or when it is not in the same condition as when you received it.
• Products without price tags, labels, original packaging, or missing any of their accessories
• Damaged products

• International orders (outside Saudi Arabia)

How do I return the product?

Who bears the return shipping costs?

• If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, or if you receive a defective product , the store will only bear the costs of replacing the product.
• If there is no fault or defect in the product but you no longer want it for any reason, such as: you decided to choose a different style or the glasses don't suit your face shape, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or return. However, the store will not bear any shipping and return costs.
• The customer bears the shipping and return costs (returning it to the store).
• Shipping fees paid in advance are non-refundable (customer delivery service).

How much is the return shipping fee?

• Return shipping fees vary depending on the shipping company selected in the order, but are generally 32 riyals.
• Terms and conditions apply to returns for orders that were granted free shipping.
• Gift wrapping fees are non-refundable in all cases.

How do you get your money back?

• If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the card used for payment. The process takes 1-6 business days.
• If payment is made via bank transfer or upon receipt, we will contact you to provide your bank details so we can transfer the amount to your bank account.

Who bears the costs of replacement?

• If you wish to exchange the product and decide to choose a different style or color, we are happy to assist you with the exchange.

However, the store will not bear any shipping and return costs.

• The customer bears the cost of shipping and return (both ways).

To preserve your glasses for as long as possible, avoid exposing them to alcohol, perfumes, chemicals, detergents, high temperatures, and any external factors that may affect the frame or lenses. After the customer receives the product and the exchange and return period specified in the store policy has expired, the customer is responsible for the product, its use, and its care. The store is not liable for any damage, breakage, or alteration to the product resulting from use, improper storage, incorrect fitting, or exposure to any external factors. The store does not offer any warranty on the product after the expiry of the period specified in the exchange and return policy.

• The store is only responsible for the product displayed on its official page, exactly as shown in the images and description within the store. It bears no responsibility for any information, reviews, or images from external sources or previous third parties. The customer can verify the product before completing the order by contacting customer service and requesting exclusive, direct images of the displayed product.

• The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by their country's authorities upon arrival of the shipment. The store bears no costs resulting from this.
